Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them in the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked a few details that we will need to satisfy the order.

We accept payment by credit or debit card payment.

We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro (Switch)and Mastercard. Payment is taken in full at time of ordering through our secure payment system Please note payment is taken when the order is placed. Should any items be out of stock or be discontinued we will contact you and either offer an alternative or a full/partial refund where necessary. You may send your credit card information via phone or through our secure transaction system online.

Shipping + Handling

Shipping is charged and shown for all orders.

Shipping is charged Ex VAT according to the weight of items in your basket.

Delivery Schedule

We process orders right away, or on the next available working day if placed after 4pm or at a weekend. We will normally send your order within five business days. International orders are generally received in less than seven business days (country specific)

To improve order times and delivery schedules we may despatch your order from one or more of our warehouses in one or more consignments; there is no extra carriage charge for this service.

Back Orders

If you item is not in stock or immediately available, we will back order for you. You will always have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Delivery Notes

Please note that items will be sent out Royal Mail or via courier service and may to have a signature upon receipt. We cannot guarantee to be able to follow any delivery notes specifying delivery locations.

Items returned to us through non-collection of your parcel will be subject to a £7.50 re-delivery fee payable before re-delivery. We will not be held liable for any actions from our couriers concerning delivery. Please note that we cannot guarantee specific times or days for delivery, although we will try to honour these where possible.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is already included. For all other orders outside of the EU, VAT will be discounted - you should contact us as outlined above to receive a quotation for shipping.

Credit Card Security

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. If you feel unhappy about using our online secure system then please call our Customer Service line on +44 (0)845 058 9494 and we will be happy to take your order over the phone.

Damaged Items

If you item is received in a damaged condition we will be pleased to provide a replacement provided that we are notified within 5 working days of receipt. (Photographic evidence may be required). To arrange a replacement, telephone us on 0845 058 94 94 to obtain an RMA number and we will supply you with the address for the items to returned to. We suggest you send the damaged/returned items via a recorded form of delivery; this guarantees that the item will be delivered and we can expedite the replacement or refund. Please note items not returned via a recorded form of delivery will be subject to a delay in processing the necessary action. Liability does not get transferred to us until we confirm receipt of goods. Once these damaged items have been received, we arrange to either send you the replacement or to refund your account up to the value of the damaged goods returned.

Unwanted Items

If you item is received and is not required for whatever reason we will be pleased to accept the item back into stock provided that we are notified within 5 working days of receipt. ,To arrange a return, telephone us on 0845 058 9494 to obtain an RMA number and we will supply you with the address for the items to returned to.

Provided that these items are received in an undamaged and in a resale able state in their original packaging, we will refund your account up to the value of the goods returned (excludes postage and packaging) less a 10% restocking charge. We regret that we are unable to refund items which are specially ordered. Please note that we are unable to cover return postage costs for items which are not sent out in error.
